What the website does today
The website is informational, allows visitors to join the Velvet Table launch list and provides a pilot Risonix licence area. Online payments are not active. Advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel is optional and starts only after consent in the cookie banner.
Risonix customer area
To access the licence area, the authentication service provides the site with a user ID, email and, when available, display name. The email is used to find associated licences; the licence server stores only a secret-protected hash of it. Music files and acoustic fingerprints stay on the device and are not uploaded to the Kreluna website.
Velvet Table launch list
When you join, Kreluna records your email address, the selected path — customer or restaurant — and, only when provided, the restaurant name and city. The general source of the registration, such as the social platform used, is also retained.
The data is used for project updates and launch notices on the basis of the consent given in the form. It is retained until launch and no longer than 12 months from registration unless consent is renewed or deletion is requested earlier.
Meta campaign measurement
After marketing consent, Kreluna uses the Meta Pixel to measure page views and a completed Velvet Table registration through the Lead event. The event does not include the email address or other form contents. Meta may process browser identifiers and technical data under its own terms and policies. Consent can be withdrawn through “Cookie settings”.
Email enquiries
If you email Kreluna, information in the message is used to read and handle the enquiry. Do not send passwords, access tokens, confidential documents or sensitive personal data in an initial message.
Cloudflare statistics and technical data
Kreluna uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits, viewed pages, general referral sources, countries and website performance. According to Cloudflare, the service does not use cookies or local storage, does not create individual profiles and does not collect personal data to display analytics. The hosting provider may also process technical logs required for security, availability and maintenance. Velvet Table registrations are stored in the website infrastructure. Kreluna does not use Google Analytics; the optional Meta Pixel is described above and in the Cookie Policy.
Your rights
You may withdraw consent or request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable by writing to the contacts above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
Individual app launch notices
The “Notify me at launch” form records your email, selected app, language, registration date and consent version. With your consent, we use these details only to notify you when that app launches, without automatically subscribing you to other lists. The records are stored in the website infrastructure until the launch notice and for no longer than 12 months. Withdraw consent and request deletion by emailing andrea@kreluna.it with the app name. No payment or account is required. Earlier registrations and the dedicated Velvet Table restaurant programme remain separate.
CityBeam enquiries
The CityBeam form records your name, email, language, format, preferred date, message and, when selected, preview text and colour. It also records a reference, acknowledgement of this notice and the office notification status. The details are used to handle your enquiry and the pre-contractual steps you request, without adding you to marketing lists. Enquiries are kept in the site database and a notification is sent to the information desk through the Resend email service. Images selected in the simulator stay on your device: they are neither uploaded nor included in the enquiry. Records are processed for the time needed to handle the enquiry and meet any applicable obligations. For information or to request erasure, email info@kreluna.it.
CityBeam bookings
To manage your quote and campaign, we store the terms, total, acceptance, payment references and request status. Stripe processes card details; we do not store them on this website. Files uploaded to your private request are stored to manage the campaign and content review with the screen operator. Your personal link gives access to your request: do not share it.
